Open Houses
Set On County’s Critical Areas Ordinance
OLYMPIA

Thurston
County
will host two open houses regarding the draft amendments to the critical area
regulations. The open houses will provide an informal opportunity for county
residents to ask any questions they may have about the proposed critical area
regulations and find out how they could affect citizen’s properties.
The purpose of
the open houses is to help people gain a better understanding of the draft
critical area regulations before the formal public hearing is held on August
24, 2005 (The formal
hearing will be held at 6:00 p.m., at the Thurston Expo Center, located at the
Thurston County Fair Grounds, 3054 Carpenter Rd SE, Lacey Washington.)
