Volunteers
needed to monitor stream bugs in Yelm
Stream
Team is seeking volunteers to monitor for stream bugs in the Yelm area on July
20, July 27, July 29, Aug. 5 and Aug. 6. Volunteers will monitor streams from
10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and will be accompanied by a trained staff person. To sign

Stream
bugs, otherwise known as benthic macroinvertebrates, provide valuable
information about water quality and the biological health of streams.
