HOST FAIR BREAKFAST
OLYMPIA

The annual free breakfast, sponsored by the Thurston County Commissioners, is
back this Saturday at the Thurston County Fair. The
breakfast is free with a paid admission to the fairgrounds.
County
Commissioners
will be serving up delicious food from 8:30 AM to 10 AM.
The breakfast is paid for and served by the
County
Commissioners
and county staff.
Thurston County Commission Chairman Oberquell says,
“I don’t want to sound too syrupy, but this is a real fun event and a good
time for us to chat with the folks we serve, not only breakfast but year
around in our duties as commissioners”
The 2008 Thurston County Fair kicked off July 30th
and will run through Sunday August 3rd.
In addition to the pancake breakfast the fair features more than 100
food, crafts and commercial vendors as well as the carnival midway and lots of
entertainment.
Tickets for the Thurston County Fair are- $6 for
adults, $4 for seniors and youth and free for those five and under.
