Public Meeting for Proposed Changes to Septic System Regulations

Thurston County Public Health is inviting the public to comment on proposed changes to the County’s on-site sewage system regulations.  A meeting next week will provide an overview of proposed regulation changes and time will be allowed for questions and comments.  A final draft of the changes will then go to the County Board of Health for review and will be followed by a public hearing.

County residents are invited to voice their opinions or ask questions about the proposed changes on Thursday, January 22, 2009 starting at 6:00 pm.  The meeting will take place at the Thurston County Courthouse in building 1, room 152 at 2000 Lakeridge Dr. SW.

or at the Permit Assistance Center , located at the Thurston County Courthouse, building 1, on the second floor.
