There are 25 county owned regional park sites, which account for approximately 2,800 acres of property and 47.5 miles of recreational trail corridors.
Burfoot Park near Boston Harbor, Kenneydell Park on Black Lake, and Frye Cove Park on Eld Inlet as well as the Griffin and Kenneydell athletic fields are developed and open for public use.
The Chehalis-Western trailhead at Chambers Lake, located on Elizabeth Avenue in Olympia, provides parking, picnic areas, boat launch facilities, fishing, restroom facilities and other amenities for trail users.
A variety of covered picnic shelters as well as the Kenneydell Lodge
can be reserved in advance with paid reservations. Call us for
availability.
Alcohol is permitted with a Banquet Permit obtained from the Washington
State Liquor Board.
