Search for Property Sales

You may search for sales of real property parcels, i.e., residential homes, vacant land, and commercial or industrial properties. The results will give you up to three years of sales within a subdivision or neighborhood area.

Steps for Searching for Property Sales

  1. Enter either the parcel number or the address of a property that is within a subdivision or neighborhood area you are interested in.
  2. Check box to “activate sales search”
  3. Select year of sales desired and the “sort order” to view the information.
  4. Click “Submit” to activate the sales search.
