Registration
Deadlines for New Applicants
You
may register to vote at any time. State law requires you
to register at least 30 days before an election if you
wish to vote at a polling place.
If
you miss the 30 day registration deadline, you may register
between 30 and 15 days before an election providing you
meet the following requirements: you must be a resident
at the same address for at least 30 days prior to an election;
you must register in person at the Auditor’s Office; and
you must vote an absentee ballot. If you register after
the 15 day deadline, your registration will be processed
for the next election.
