The following positions are elected in even, non-presidential years 
(2006, 2010, 2014, etc.)

A primary election is always conducted for partisan races, regardless of the number of candidates who file.

• Presecuting Attorney

• District Court Judge (nonpartisan)
• Public Utility Commissioner (six year terms, nonpartisan, Primary if more than two candidates)
• Precinct Committee Officer (two year term)
• Drainage District Commissioner (six year term - February election)
