What are the Qualifications for Filing? |

| Minimum Qualifications: | |
| All candidates must reside in the district for which they are filing and be a registered voter at the time of filing. | |
| Candidates for U.S. Senate must be 30 years old and a citizen for at least nine years. | |
| U.S. Congressional candidates must be 25 years old and a citizen for at least seven years. | |
State Supreme and District Court, and county Superior Court Judge candidates must be a member of the Washington State Bar Association. |
