| Transfer of ownership |
Transfer of ownership of the mobile home,
and the home will not be moved as a condition of the sale, the following documentation is required:

- Washington State Title or affidavit in lieu of title with proper signatures
- Excise Tax Affidavit from the County Treasurer's Office
- Notarized signatures of every registered name to be shown on the new title
- Name and address of lien holder

Transfer of ownership of the mobile home, and the home will be moved, the following documentation is required:

- Proof from the Treasurer's Office that the property taxes are current
- Notarized signatures of every registered name to be shown on the new title
- Name and address of lien holder
- Sales tax is due on the purchase price
