I’m seeking re-election so I can continue to:

Help create environmentally friendly, family wage jobs. A high quality of life requires healthy businesses and a healthy environment. I will promote both. As Utility chair, I will continue to protect our clean air and water. We reduced storm run off and plan to use highly treated water for city irrigation.

Increase activities for youth and families. I initiated placing youth representatives on Lacey’s community committees and will work for a youth center. We built the Senior Center without new taxes and are building the Sports Complex for family use.

Assure fiscal responsibility and public safety. I am on the Emergency Medical Services Committee and will work to bring a second 911 - medic unit to reduce response times which helps save lives. We are proud to have the lowest crime rate in Thurston County.
