2012 Assessment Appeals

The Assessor mailed 2012 assessment notices for real property parcels on June 1, 2012. Completed taxpayer petition forms must be postmarked or received in the Board of Equalization’s office by 4 PM on July 31, 2012. You must submit a separate petition form for each tax parcel.

The Board’s staff is hosting a number of drop-in help clinics to assist taxpayers who have questions about the appeal process. Please see our flyer for more information. You do not need an appointment. Assistance will be given on a first-come, first-served basis during the help clinics. For more information, please contact our office at (360) 786-5135, TDD (360) 754-2933, or send e-mail to elderr@co.thurston.wa.us.
