Thurston County Clerk’s Office.

EX PARTE HEARINGS (Emergency and Agreed Matters)
FAMILY AND JUVENILE COURT: FJC ex parte time is at
8:55 - 9:00 a.m. for noncontested matters only and at 4:00 -
4:30 p.m. for contested matters.
SELF REPRESENTED PARTIES: must check in
and bring their completed paperwork to the Facilitator for
review at 8:00 a.m. or 2:00 p.m. Ex parte is heard twice daily
at 8:55 a.m. (for noncontested matters only) and 4:00 p.m.
(for contested or noncontested matters).

Your orders must be reviewed by the Family Court
Facilitator before the calendar.
- An ex parte Judicial Officer is available at Family
and Juvenile Court from 8:55-9:00 a.m. and 4:00-4:30 p.m.
Monday through Friday.
- Self-Represented parties please arrive at 8:00 a.m.
for the 8:55 a.m. calendar or before 2:00 p.m. for the
4:00 p.m. calendar.
- An ex parte Judicial Officer is available at the Main
Courthouse at 1:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, in an
