FAMILY AND JUVENILE COURT:

ex parte Judicial Officer is available at Family and Juvenile Court
from 8:30-8:45 and 4:00-4:30 Monday through Friday.

Self-Represented
parties please arrive at 8:00 for the
8:30 calendar or before 2:30 for the 4:00 calendar. Your orders must must be reviewed by the Family Court
Facilitator before the calendar.
MAIN CAMPUS:

An
ex parte Judicial Officer is also available at the Main Courthouse
from 8:30-8:45 and 4:30-5:00 Monday through Thursday, and from
4:30-5:00 Friday.

Ex parte matters are also called at 9:00
Friday before the Assigned Judge's motion calendar.
CANCELED or FULL CALENDARS
CONFIRMATIONS for the Civil calendars and certain Family Law calendars may be made by clicking on the Hearing
Confirmations Links to the left above. The
courtroom where court hearings are to be heard is posted by Court
Administration daily inside the front door on a white board at the
Courthouse location and on a television monitor at the Family and
Juvenile Court location.

CRIMINAL COURT CALENDARS
It is expected that Monday
through Thursday criminal calendars will be updated on Fridays and the
Friday criminal calendars on Tuesdays. These calendars do not include
matters added on after the official calendars have been posted. These
posted calendars are provided as a courtesy with every intention of
being up to date. Please contact Superior Court Administration with any
questions concerning calendar information at 786-5560.

FAMILY LAW CALENDARS, frequently become canceled or full
BEFORE SCHEDULING YOUR HEARING: View the Court calendars above to determine whether or not the calendar was canceled or is full on the date you intend to schedule your hearing. Do NOT file a Notice of Issue for a full or canceled calendar.

- File your Notice of Issue before the calendar becomes full or by noon 5 business days before the hearing, whichever comes first.
- CONFIRMATIONS: For calendars needing confirmation, use the link on the left to confirm your hearing prior to the confirmation deadline.

VIEW THE ONLINE COURT CALENDARS BEFORE THE COURT HEARING. A couple days before the hearing view the on line calendars to be sure your case will be heard. If it is not on the calendar, you will need to notify the other party and file a new Notice of Issue.

TUESDAY AND THURSDAY Family law Calendars frequently become full. It is your responsibility to check the online version calendars to see if your hearing was confirmed, or if your hearing was continued to another date due to a full calendar. If continued, it is your responsibility to advise the opposing party.
You will not be contacted by the Clerk's Office as to the status of your hearing.
