VIEWING CASES AND HEARINGS

ODYSSEY PORTAL:  A portal is available for viewing cases, hearings and information regarding cases filed with the Thurston County Clerk’s Office.

You may click on the following hyperlink to view case for free at: https://odysseyportal.courts.wa.gov/odyportal.

For an annual subscription for attorneys to view all cases where they are the attorney of record, click on the links below.

Now use Odyssey On-line Portal to search for cases, hearings, etc.

EX PARTE HEARINGS (Emergency and Agreed Matters)

FAMILY AND JUVENILE COURT: FJC ex parte time is at 8:55 - 9:00 a.m. for noncontested matters only and at 4:00 - 4:30 p.m. for contested matters.

SELF REPRESENTED PARTIES: must check in and bring their completed paperwork to the Facilitator for review at 8:00 a.m. or 2:00 p.m. Ex parte is heard twice daily at 8:55 a.m. (for noncontested matters only) and 4:00 p.m. (for contested or noncontested matters).

Your orders must be reviewed by the Family Court Facilitator before the calendar.

  • An ex parte Judicial Officer is available at Family and Juvenile Court from 8:55-9:00 a.m. and 4:00-4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
  • Self-Represented parties please arrive at 8:00 a.m. for the 8:55 a.m. calendar or before 2:00 p.m. for the 4:00 p.m. calendar.

MAIN CAMPUS:

  • An ex parte Judicial Officer is available at the Main Courthouse at 1:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, in an assigned courtroom. For more information on ex parte matters at the Main Courthouse, please click HERE to be navigated to the Superior Court website.
