Issue have been updated for 2010 hearings based upon the Judge rotation with

Commencing November 1, 2009, the
Clerk's Office will be closed during the lunch hour from noon until 1:00
p.m. A drop box will be available outside each office for filings made
during that time, which will be timed in at 1:00 p.m. when the Clerk's Office
reopens. For more information, click on the November 1, 2009 link above.
July 2009
Fee Schedule Updated - Effective July 1, 2009, House Bill 2362 goes into
effect which imposes a $30 judicial surcharge on most new case filings at the
Clerk's Office.
Effective July 17, 2009, the
Self-Represented Parties Final Dissolution hearings will be held at 11:00 a.m.
on Fridays.
Effective July 26.
2009, Senate Bill 5013 goes into effect which increases the Clerk's ex parte fee
to $30, increases record searches to $30, and increases the cost of Letters in
probate and guardianship cases to $5.

With regard to Tuesday and Thursday
family law calendars, this office will no longer be notifying litigants that the
calendar was full and their hearing was continued. To ascertain if your
case will be heard or continued, view the online

Sealed Document Cover Sheets

General Rule (GR) 22 became
effective July 1, 2006 enabling parties to seal certain documents in family law
and guardianship cases. Parties are able to seal financial documents
listed on the Sealed Financial Source Documents cover sheet. If
the financial information is not specifically listed, a court order must be
obtained to file the document. Other documents may be sealed
as identified in the Sealed Personal Health Care Cover Sheet and the Sealed
Confidential Reports Cover Sheet. Cover sheets MUST be attached to the
original document for it to become sealed and a separate cover sheet provided
