  • Thurston County Public Works-currently, there is construction happening at the Public Works location).  Filled bags, empty bags, and bulk sand can be picked up 11834 Tilley Rd S (Click this text for a map showing location).  Please notify Thurston County Emergency Management at 754-3360 in advance to acquire sandbags from this location.
