The Thurston County Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan provides the basic framework the Who, What, Why, When and Where for county response to a disaster or emergency.

Hazard Identification & Vulnerability Analysis (HIVA)

The Thurston County Hazards Identification and Vulnerability Analysis is a document that provides basic knowledge of hazards posing a threat to Thurston County, and serves as the basis for the Thurston County Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan (CEMP).

Natural Hazards Mitigation Plan

The Natural Hazards Mitigation Plan is a multi-jurisdictional plan that addresses the most destructive natural hazards that threaten Thurston County and its communities.

Puget Sound Regional Resource Management & Logistics Plan (RMLP)

The Puget Sound RMLP provides a comprehensive framework and guidance for managing resources and logistics, as well as strategy that encourages resource sharing and optimizes resource acquisition, allocation and deployment through increased communication, collaboration, and standardization.
