WSEMA Conference Cancellation Policy:  Full refund if canceled by August 17.  Refund of 50% if canceled by August 31 (send refund request to estesk@co.thurston.wa.us).  No refund for cancellations in September.  Registration fee can be transferred to another individual at any time at no additional charge.

Silent Auction:  At the conference, please bring an item to the Silent Auction to be held the evening of Wednesday, September 19.  Benefits go toward the WSEMA Scholarship Fund.

Note Regarding Membership Dues:  In past years, participants were given an opportunity to pay the annual membership fee with conference registration.  We are not providing that option in 2007 due to a proposal to increase the membership dues, which will be discussed and voted on at the membership meeting.  We apologize for the inconvenience.
