Tanglefoot Cloggers

Tanglefoot Cloggers is a clogging dance club, organized 10 years ago in Olympia.  The club consists of 33 members ranging in age from 12 to 70.

Clogging is derived from Appalachian dances brought to America by Irish, Scottish, and other European immigrants.  It can be performed top many kinds of bouncy music from Country to Pop and Rock and Roll.

Cloggers do not wear wooden shoes, but lace-up oxfords with 2-piece clinky taps on the heels and toes.
