We're four friends from Oly who share
different but somehow complementary
musical tastes and all believe in the
power of a good story told to music.
Whoa Dizzy has been playing clubs,
parties and the odd festival (and if
you've spent time in Olympia you'll know
what this means the 'festivals' around
here can be really odd) around the south
Puget Sound area since 2005. Our first
album, Lunacy, came out in 2008.
In a burst of creativity, if not
planning, we are currently working on
two more albums of material to release
in the next year.
Nick Lutes is the main lead singer, and
also plays drums and some guitar. David
Bacon is the drummer, but also sings
lead sometimes as well as backing vocals
and is our main vocal harmony arranger.
He is also our engineer and producer in
the studio. Cheri Keller is on bass
guitar and backing vocals. Eric Mandt is
the guitar player |
