The
Cloverleaf Building was built in 1964. At the
time, it was considered an innovative and imaginary
design. Unfortunately, a variety of problems
and issues with the building, one being the lack of
adequate ventilation due to its design, lead to the
early demise of the building. During
the opening of the Fair, the building was
dedicated by the wife of Gov. Rossellini. It cost
$15,448 to build.
