Emergencies and disasters have the potential to impact
the public's health in many ways. The Thurston County Public Health
& Social Services
Department is continually working to improve local capacity
to respond to public health emergencies. Preparedness
staff support the Department's efforts to prepare for and
respond to public health emergencies in Thurston County.
