Back-to-school immunization clinics |

The Public Health & Social Services Department,
Thurston County Medical Reserve Corps,
Group
Health Cooperative and
Washington State Department of Health
have
partnered to offer no-cost immunization clinics for
students and adults.
Students:
No cost to pre-school through 12th grade public,
private and home-schooled students (age 3 and up).
Vaccine available: Hepatitis B, DTaP, Tdap, HIB,
Polio, MMR, Varicella, Pneumococcal and Influenza.
Please bring your child's immunization record to the
clinic.
Adults:
Only whooping cough (Tdap) vaccine will be
available. Provided at no cost to adults with
no health insurance or whose insurance does not
cover the vaccine.
What to Bring:
- Everyone should bring a copy of their immunization
record. - Students MUST have a parent or legal guardian with
them to sign vaccine consent forms.
About Clinics:
Clinics are open to
all
students in Thurston County. You do not have
to attend the school district or be a Group Health
member. |
