Workplace Health Promotion & Wellness

The Thurston County Public Health Chronic Disease Prevention Program also offers Wellness Programs offering customized support for employers wanting to make changes to their workplace to support employee health. Workshop sessions are also available and are highly participative, where mutual support and success builds the participants’ confidence in their ability to manage their health and maintain active lives.
