LiveWell
Chronic Disease Self-Management
The
LiveWell Workshop series is based on Stanford University’s
Chronic Disease Self-Management Program (CDSMP). The LiveWell workshops are offered by Thurston County Public
Health and Social Services and Physicians of Southwest
Washington under a licensed agreement with the developers of
the program at Stanford University’s Patient Education

WorkWell
The WorkWell Program helps employers promote employee
health and fitness through workplace changes. WorkWell
also consists of the Thurston County Chamber of Commerce's
Healthy Workplace Designation program and a public sector
