The Thurston County Chronic Disease Prevention Program
offers free of charge support for employers interested in
making their workplace a healthier place! There are simple,
uncomplicated things that an employer can do to help foster
a work environment that supports employees making healthier
choices. Through our WorkWell program we offer both
technical assistance and guided action planning for worksite
wellness programs. We also offer on-site LiveWell workshops
for employees who live with chronic diseases like diabetes.
Program made possible by funding from
ASIST2010
program of the United States Department of Health &
Human Services Office on Women's Health.
