Services for individuals who meet both financial criteria as established by the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services Community Services Office (CSO), i.e., public assistance, as well as an identified drug alcohol treatment need. Treatment may include inpatient treatment, long-term care residential treatment, recovery house treatment, and outpatient treatment.
