Daryl Rodrigues is Director of the Office of Assigned Counsel (OAC). He previously served as Public Defender for the Colville Confederated Tribes, and in private practice in eastern Washington. Born in England to East Indian parents, he migrated to the US in 1980 and became a citizen in 1994. He serves on the WACDL court rules committee. Before law school he worked as a Designated Mental Health Professional in several Washington counties. He has a B.A. and M.A. in Psychology from Seattle University, a J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law and an M.B.A. from Whitworth University.
