The Civil Team of the Prosecuting Attorney's Office serves as the attorney for Thurston County, providing legal advice and representation to the County elected officials, county offices, departments and independent boards and commissions. The work of the Civil Team covers a broad array of subject areas such as land use planning and growth management, county administration, taxation, public works, utilities, real estate, code enforcement, personnel, purchasing and procurement, public health and social services, public disclosure and risk management.
