Healthy Heart (Presented by Capitol Volkssport Club)
Sat/Sun June 5 & 6, 2010
The Capital
Volkssport Club will host "Trails to a Healthy Heart" in celebration
of National Trail Day. Exercise your heart as you enjoy the emerging
trail system in Thurston County, which can be an integral part of
your healthy lifestyle. Choose one of two walks along the beautiful
Chehalis Western and Woodland Trails. This is a 10k route, rated a

Chehalis-Western Trail. This annual event begins and ends at Horizons
Elementary in Lacey. Take part in our "Going Green" contest
by wearing the most green! Post race refreshments provided. May the
luck of the Irish be with you!

Appreciation Day
