Friends of the Trails Membership Categories and Information

The Friends of the Trails Program provides support and assistance for the preservation, improvement, and continued development of the Thurston County Trails system.

Funds generated through the Friends of the Trails Program will assist in the daily maintenance and operation, ongoing improvements, and future development of the Thurston County Trails system.

    Future improvements include

Completion of the “Bridging the Gap” project, which includes the construction of a bridge over Pacific Avenue, connecting the North and South sections of the Chehalis Western trail.

Construction of additional trailhead facilities along existing sections of the trail system.

Landscape improvements throughout the trail system.

The addition of benches and other amenities.
