Refunds or credits of program fees will only be issued under the following conditions:
-Your request must be received three (3) working days prior to the first day of the class or activity.
- Refunds cannot be granted for any activity that requires prepaid (P) tickets.
- Refunds or credits will automatically be offered for activities that the Recreation Services Department cancels.
Using DDD Funds? Please note:
If you have registered for a program and decide that you will not be attending, it is your responsibility to contact the Recreation Office three (3) business days prior to the program. If you do not notify the office you will be responsible for 100% of the program fee even if you do not attend.

Late fees are charged for all participants picked up after a program has ended. Fees are assessed as follows:
We will not supervise participants more than one hour past the programs end time.
NOTE - Thurston County Recreation staff arrives on site 15 minutes prior to the start of each program.
