Business Hours and Address

The Permit Assistance Center is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. During these hours you may submit applications, pick up informational handouts, and ask questions of the staff at the counter. You may also arrange to see staff by appointment.

If you have questions about land use (critical areas, shorelines), septic systems, or wells, please be sure to come on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., when staff from Land Use and Enivronmental Review and from the Environmental Health Department are available to answer questions.

The Permit Assistance Center is closed weekends and on all major holidays.
