Planning Commission Recommendation

The Planning Commission has finished its review of public testimony submitted for its public hearing, and has made a recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners.  The Board of County Commissioners is currently reviewing the Planning Commission’s recommendation and will also hold a public hearing on the Critical Areas Ordinance.

The Planning Commission’s recommendation represents changes made to the CAO draft in response to public testimony and further staff review beyond the December 2011 public hearing.  Not all chapters were changed as a result of public testimony; changes made were preserved in bill format with additional text shown in underline and deleted text shown as struck out.
