Prairie Creek Bridge Replacement and Old Hwy 99 Turn Lane Project

  • Current Status: Regulatory Hold
  • Location: From 203rd Ave SW to 500’ North of Sargent Rd SW
  • Brief Scope: Replace bridge with new structure, street widening, turn lane, sidewalks, and illumination.
  • Project scheduled for completion:  Fall 2011.
  • Projected Cost: $2,058,939.
  • Contractor: Harbor Pacific Contractors, Inc.

Vail Road - 138th Ave SE to Bald Hill Road SE

  • Location:From 138th Ave SE to Bald Hill Rd SE
  • Brief Scope: Clearing and grubbing only in 2010. Winter shutdown for utility relocation. Roadway work planned for construction in spring of 2011 which includes road realignment and widening along with culvert installation and asphalt overlay.
  • Projected Cost: $2,621,012
  • Contractor:Boss Construction, Inc
