NOTICE REGARDING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES ROSTER FOR PUBLIC WORKS

 

Thurston County,  in accordance with RCW 39.80, requests that Professional Service firms submit a standard questionnaire (see form below) to be included on our current roster. We anticipate that the county may require Professional Services to accomplish work on projects involving domestic water supply, sanitary sewers, storm sewers, solid waste, public building facilities, road improvements, bridge improvements, traffic control, lake management, storm water basin analysis, water quality issues, Geotechnical investigations, environmental reviews of project impacts and other tasks.

Consultants who wish to be placed on the Professional Service Roster must submit a standard questionnaire form (see form below).  

PLEASE NOTE: AS OF JANUARY 15th, 2012, WE ARE PURGING OUR EXISITING LIST AND YOU WILL NEED TO RESUBMIT YOUR INFORMATION BEGINNING JANUARY 16th, 2012.
