NOTICE REGARDING SMALL WORKS ROSTER FOR PUBLIC WORKS

Thurston County Public Works has established a Small Works Roster for public works according to RCW 39.04.155.  The County is accepting applications from contractors for inclusion on the Small Works Roster.  Contractors on the roster may be solicited to submit proposals for public works projects where the estimated cost is less than $300,000, including, but not limited to; work, construction, alteration, repair or improvement of roads, bridges, storm drainage, water utilities, sewer utilities, and solid waste facilities.  Thurston County is an equal opportunity employer.

To be included on the Small Works Roster contractors shall supply information as required by the County's standard form (see form below).  The Questionnaire for Contractors may be printed from this site or you may fill in the blanks and click on the submit button at the bottom of the form.  Contractors may request at any time to be added or removed from the roster.  If you prefer, mail the completed questionnaire to Thurston County Public Works, Attn:  Marcie Taylor, 2404-A Heritage Ct SW, Olympia, WA 98502. 

PLEASE NOTE: AS OF JANUARY 15th, WE ARE PURGING OUR EXISITING LIST AND YOU WILL NEED TO RESUBMIT YOUR INFORMATION BEGINNING JANUARY 16th, 2012.
