NOTICE REGARDING SMALL WORKS ROSTER FOR PUBLIC WORKS

Thurston County Public Works has established a Small Works Roster for public works according to RCW 36.32.250.  The County is accepting applications from contractors for inclusion on the Small Works Roster.  Contractors on the roster may be solicited to submit proposals for public works projects where the estimated cost is less than $300,000, including, but not limited to; work, construction, alteration, repair or improvement of roads, bridges, storm drainage, water utilities, sewer utilities, and solid waste facilities.  Thurston County is an equal opportunity employer.

To be included on the Small Works Roster contractors shall supply information as required by the County's standard form, Questionnaire for Contractors.  The Questionnaire for Contractors may be submitted from this website.  The form may also be obtained by emailing a request to taylorm@co.thurston.wa.us, or calling (360) 754-4580.  Contractors may request at any time to be added or removed from the roster.  Please mail the completed questionnaire to Thurston County Public Works, Attn:  Marcie Taylor, 2404-A Heritage Ct SW, Olympia, WA 98502. 

If you have submitted the questionnaire after January 1, 2001 your status on the roster is current. Contractors on the Small Works Roster prior to January 1, 2001 will be required to resubmit a questionnaire to remain on the roster. If you are unsure of your status on the roster please click here.
