The Warrants Division currently maintains over 5,000 active warrants.

Approximately 9,500 warrants are processed annually, as well as receiving daily warrants from District, Superior and Family Courts.

Voluntary Turn-In Information:

Superior Court Warrants (Felonies):

Day:   Tuesdays (excluding holidays)
Time:   8:30 am - 9:30 am
Where:   Sheriff's Office front desk

In most cases, persons will be placed onto the court docket the same day without being arrested.

District Court Warrants (Misdemeanors):

Day:   Mondays - Fridays (excluding holidays)
Time:   8:30 am - 4:30 am
Where:   District Court front counter

You will be scheduled for the next available court date. The warrant will stay active until the person appears in court. For further information, please contact the district court at 360-786-5450 Monday – Friday 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.

For the protection of those turning themselves in, we do request picture identification.
