Victim Notification Program
Applications are processed 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday excluding holidays.
Applicant must apply in person and present photo identification.
(Driver’s License or State ID card)
Our staff will fingerprint applicant and the prints sent for processing to The Washington State Patrol and Federal Bureau of Investigation.
A temporary license valid for 60 days may be issued pending the results of the fingerprint and background check.
Upon final approval, a license valid for two (2) years will be issued.
Fees collected at time of application: $50.00
$25.00 non-refundable application fee.
Cash or local check made payable to the Thurston County Sheriff’s Office.
$25.00 non-refundable fingerprint processing fee.
Money order or cashiers check made payable to WA. State Identification Division (SID)
