Thurston County Sheriff's Office employees are making a difference in our community.
Throughout the year Sheriff's Office employees can be found volunteering their time, money, and resources.
Whether it's coaching our youth, disaster relief, organizing or involved in fund-raisers, often Sheriff's Office employees can be found participating.

Over $2,700 was raised for this great cause. Sheriff's employees that

The Ski-to-Sea Race is a 90 mile relay race that includes Cross
Country and Downhill Skiing, Run, Road Bike, Canoe, Mountain Bike, and
Sea Kayaking events. 414 teams participated the Sheriff's Office team
came in 246th place in a little over 9 hours. Sheriff's Office
participants were - Back row: Deputy Cameron Simper, Detective Jason
Casebolt, Deputy Kevin Slease, and Detective Steve Hamilton. Front row:
Deputy Jim Esslinger, Deputy David Claridge, Deputy Brian Goheen, and
Deputy Bryent Finch.

Sheriff's Office personnel are among the 120 registered riders at a
the rider's briefing for the first annual Ride To The Mountain Sponsored
by the Deputy Sheriff's Association to support the Rochester Booster
Club.
