DUI Restitution

DUI Restitution may be paid by check (made out to Thurston County Sheriff’s Office) or cash. No debit or credit cards will be accepted. Restitution can be made by mail or in person at the Thurston County Sheriff’s Office.

If no payment has been received within 30 days of the court hearing, the account will be sent to a collection agency, where additional fees will be assessed.
