Thurston County Sheriff's Office

Warrants Division
The Warrants Division currently maintains over 5,500 active warrants. Approximately 11,000 warrants are processed annually, as well as receiving daily warrants from District, Superior and Family Courts.

Tuesdays and Thursdays (except holidays) are the designated voluntary turn-in days. In most cases, persons will be placed onto the court docket the same day without being arrested. Those with warrants out of District Court (misdemeanor cases) can turn themselves in between 8:30-9:00am. Persons with warrants out of Superior Court (felony cases) must appear between the hours of 8:30-10:00am at the front desk of the Sheriff’s Office

For the protection of those turning themselves in, we do request picture identification.

For further information, please contact the Warrants Division at 360-786-5520, Monday through Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm.
