Reuse is a much better choice than recycling for many items, such as working electronics, appliances, furniture, and building supplies. Use these free "online classified ads" to give usable items a new home. The sites are free and easy to use, and the items change daily. While you're there, look around! You might just find a great deal on an item you need!

• www.2good2toss.com --  all items are $200 or less.
• http://seattle.craigslist.org/oly/ -- has no price limits.
• www.freecycle.org -- requires all items to be free.
