The Storm and Surface Water Advisory Board
The Storm and Surface Water Advisory Board reviews issues affecting Thurston
County’s Storm and Surface Water Utility, and makes recommendations to the Thurston
County Board of County Commissioners. Among other things, the board examines
utility rates, construction projects, public-information efforts, staff
work plans and stormwater policies. Members are appointed by county
commissioners.

Meeting
Dates and Locations
The Storm and Surface Water
Advisory Board will meet at 5:30 p.m. on the following days in 2010:
Jan. 14, Feb. 11, March 11, May 13, Aug. 12, Sept. 9, and Nov. 11.
Meetings are usually held in Building 4, 929 Lakeridge Drive S.W. in
Olympia. The group meets in room 100 on the first floor. The location occasionally changes, so please call the Storm and
Surface Water Program at (360) 754-4681 to verify the site.
All
meetings are open to the public, and meeting materials are routinely
provided to citizens, reporters, businesspeople and others interested in
tracking stormwater issues.
