SPOKANE, WA (MAY 23, 2013) - USDA’s Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) announced today a funding opportunity for the Wildlife Habitat Incentives Program (WHIP) that will assist with restoration and enhancement of wildlife habitat on working lands.
