Grand Mound Information

Grand Mound is experiencing a surge of economic growth as developers recognize the many benefits of locating in the region. Located on the busy I-5 corridor in south Thurston County, Grand Mound is one of the last remaining areas in western Washington that offers easy access to Interstate 5, available rail service, and abundant undeveloped property that is zoned for commercial and light-industrial use.

Grand Mound is located about 15 miles south of Tumwater. Most sites are less than five minutes from Interstate 5. Land parcels from one to 29 acres are available.

Thurston County operates a state-of-the-art water and sewer service system for Grand Mound and surrounding areas.
