Holidays
The entire Waste and Recovery Center (including Yard Debris Site, Recycle Center and HazoHouse) and the drop box sites in Rainier, Rochester and Summit Lake are closed on four holidays: New Year's Day, July 4, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.  The center is open on all other holidays. The drop boxes are open on other holidays, provided those holidays occur on one of the regular work days, as shown below.
