Levy Lid Lift

 The Board of Fire Commissioners of Yelm Fire District No. 2 adopted Resolution No. 2004-130, concerning a proposition to increase the regular property tax rate. This proposition would authorize the District to increase its regular property tax levy rate to $1.50 per one thousand dollars of assessed value to be levied in 2004 and collected in 2005 as provided in Resolution No. 2004-130.

The Board of Fire Commissioners of Thurston County Fire Protection District No. 4 adopted Resolution No. 2004-04, concerning a proposition to increase the regular property tax rate. This proposition would authorize the District to increase its regular property tax levy rate to $1.50 per one thousand dollars of assessed value to be levied in 2004 and collected in 2005 as provided in Resolution No. 2004-04.

Fire Protection Bonds - $2,998,000

The Board of Fire Commissioners of Fire Protection District No. 11 adopted Resolution No. 2004-331 concerning a proposition to issue general obligation bonds.  This proposition would authorize the District to acquire and equip new and upgrade existing emergency response vehicles, including a fire engine, water tender and rescue/aid vehicles, acquire real property and firefighting and other equipment, construct, remodel and equip new and existing fire stations and issue no more than $2,998,000 of general obligation bonds maturing within 20 years payable from annual excess property tax levied upon all taxable property within the District, all as provided in Resolution No. 2004-331.

Tanglewilde Parks and Recreation District
Proposition No. 1

Maintenance and Operation Levy - $95,400

The Commissioners of Tanglewilde Parks and Recreation District adopted Resolution No. 2 concerning a proposition to levy property taxes.  The proposition would authorize the District to levy property taxes in excess of all regular property tax levies at the approximate rate of $1.05 per one thousand dollars of assessed value upon all taxable property within the District for collection in 2005 to provide a total of $95,400 for purposes of operation and maintenance for the District’s General Fund.
