Delinquent Accounts

General Information

Fines and fees that have become delinquent and have had no payments since the 30 day collection notice was sent are assigned to Grimm Collections for collection purposes.

Once assigned to Grimm, it is the policy of the Court that any and all further payment activity is made through Grimm.

To assist those whose accounts have been placed into collections, Grimm offers several payment options, including payment plans for people whose driver’s licenses have been suspended and need to have the suspension can be lifted.
