To file an objection to the court closure, click here. You must include
the proceeding to which you are objecting (including case number or defendant name), why you are objecting, your relation to the case, and how your interests have
been violated by the closure.
HOW TO ADDRESS YOUR COURT CASE WITHOUT COMING TO COURT
If you have a court hearing scheduled, you may be able to appear via Zoom instead of coming to the courthouse. If you did not get
information in your summons about how to appear remotely, call the Court at 360-786-5450 or use the chat button at the bottom of
this page to find out how. If you are appearing for a criminal matter, you should talk with your attorney first.

If your summons did include Zoom information and you cannot appear remotely, call the Court or use the chat button to make arrangements
to appear in person.
If you are paying a traffic ticket, requesting a deferral or mitigation of a
traffic ticket, contesting a traffic ticket, or requesting public records, you don't have to come court.
Use the links to
"Respond to my Ticket" or
available on this page. You can complete these transactions without coming to the courthouse.
To submit a name change petition,
click here. Then click on "How do I petition to change my name?" for adult name changes or "How do I petition to change my child's name?" to change the name of a minor.
