We are not accepting temporary event applications right now due to the state-wide prohibitions on gatherings.

(Farmers' Market applications are separate and are accepted.)

We will not charge late fees for 14 days after we resume accepting applications.

The Health Department conducts periodic inspections of food establishments to help prevent the spread and reduce the risk of food borne illnesses. Violations are corrected through a combination of education and technical assistance.

Our food service inspection reports are available through The Olympian newspaper or you may request copies of inspections from our office by completing a Request for Public Information Form [PDF].

Food Workers

Provides food service workers with classroom instruction and testing on safe food handling procedures and provides them with an opportunity to obtain a food worker's card, which is required to work in a food service establishment.

Temporary Food Service

The Health Dept conducts field inspections at community events to help prevent the occurrence of food borne outbreaks from temporary food service providers.

Restaurant Inspections

Search for the latest restaurant inspection results by business name or look at the most recent inspection results.

Food Plan Reviews

Ensures that when a food service establishment opens for business the proper building materials are used, adequate and approved food service equipment is installed, and food supplies are obtained from approved sources.

Farmers' Markets
